As you can see in this quote they are forming the group of hunters who will serve as the food providers. This role is very important because it is critical for the survival of the boys. Mishelle	They found a piglet caught in a curtain of creepers#31	In this quote we may observe that they have found their first pray, which is a pig. They didn't kill it because it was a new experience and they weren't used to kill for survival. This quote portraits fear since they are new in the aspect of hunting their own food. (rafaela helped)
Mishelle	Well get food..Hunt. Catch them..until they fetch us#30	In this section of chapter one Jack is telling the group about their future plans of survival. They have just find out that it is an island and that it is probably inhabited. Their plan of survival is to gather foods like fruits and hunt meat.The way that Jack says this is a way to inspire the other boys to generate the idea that they can survive and that they will be rescued.

Mishelle	if there was a snake we'd hunt it and kill it	This quote demonstrates us that the hunters protect the group from dangerous creatures as well, they are known as the brave ones.
Rafaela	we are going to hunt pigs to get meat for everyone	The hunters are the ones who sacrifice themselves and their time to find food for the group. They have an objective that they want to achieve.
